**What you will do**:

- Agree with the Technical Lead and the Project Coordinator during the pre-sales phase to elaborate the Solution Proposal document (High Level Design, project plan, risk identification, etc.)
- Lead technical discussions with the customers to clarify technical requirements, gather information and/or answer technical inquiries
- Elaborate the Solution Description document (Low Level Design)
- Support Solution Integrators and Project Managers during the implementation of the projects (solving issues, task organization, etc.)
- Manage the communication with other groups (R&D, DevOps, etc.) regarding software issues, suggestion of improvements in the software, etc.
- Identify improvements in the deployment activities and ways of working
- Participate in the integration and testing of new features of the software product
- Be a reference point for organization for topics like sharing you knowledge, trainings etc.

**You will bring**:

- Ownership of the solution and accountability for the solution design decisions.
- Understand the technical status of the project, perform verification of the tools from end user point of view during the main project achievements (data collection, installation completion, Technical release preparation)
- Highlight and double-check the result of critical action during the deployments, including the execution of Release Updates and Release Upgrades or any other relevant activity.
- Answer questions from Solution Integrators with respect to the deployment and clarify the information provided in the Solution Description if needed.
- Lead and Support integrators in case of issues by indicating plausible causes and fix ideas for the solution integrator to address the issue first and if not sufficient, together with the SI dig deeper into it and resolve if a ticket should be opened to DevOps/R&D. Solution Integration are responsible to carry out troubleshooting activities and to have enough knowledge to perform generic activities.
- Support PM in the approach to address the project, ie. defining the right sequence of tasks, which ones are missing in JIRA
- Take discussions with CU to clarify technical requirements, request information, answer technical inquiries.
- Handle communication with R&D regarding the software releases. E.g. known issues or release update availability, etc.
- Identification of technical improvement in the Integration activities as well as in the ways of working.
- Participate in the integration of new features, FOA and testing of new releases.
- ** Key Skills**: Ansible, Docker, Mariadb (Databases), Hadoop(Spark), Linux, Windows, Shell Scripting, Python, Zabbix, KVM, Solution Design, Lead Team, Pre-Sales Support, IT security skills will be a plus.
