**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and highly creative Graphics Designer to join our core team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is excited about the opportunity to wear multiple hats. As a Graphics Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s visual identity, crafting compelling designs for a wide range of mediums, and contributing to the creative direction of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creative Design**: Develop innovative and visually striking designs for marketing materials, including pitch decks, portfolios, and gaming-related content.
- **Brand Development**: Collaborate with the team to establish and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- **Gaming Content**: Design graphics for in-game advertising and other gaming-related content, ensuring alignment with both gaming and marketing trends.
- **Adaptability**: Learn and adapt to various design requirements and styles, quickly responding to the evolving needs of the startup.
- **Communication Design**: Create engaging and effective visual communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and business development, to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- **Innovation**: Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in the gaming and advertising sectors, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a premier tier-one institute is preferred.
- **Experience**: Early graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome, as well as experienced designers with a background in gaming graphics or advertising.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with creating graphics for digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Familiarity with game design tools and environments is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and critically, producing designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
