**Job Title: Social Media Graphic Designer**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling graphics for our various social media platforms. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and conveying our messages effectively to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create eye-catching visuals, infographics, and other design elements that communicate our brand message and promotions.
- **Content Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that align with marketing strategies.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure graphics complement and enhance social media content.
- **Platform Optimization**:

- Tailor designs to suit the unique requirements and dimensions of each social media platform.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media design to optimize content for maximum engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain consistency in design elements across all social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Ensure that our visual identity is reflected consistently in all social media graphics.
- **Adaptability**:

- Quickly adapt to changes in project priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Modify existing designs for A/B testing and optimization purposes.
- **Feedback Integration**:

- Welcome constructive feedback and incorporate suggested changes to improve the effectiveness of designs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand and address design requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing social media design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in social media.

**Education**:
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
