They do so not as developers, designers, or marketers, but as entrepreneurs, determined to drive the business forward.

This role is perfect for someone who is in the early stages of their marketing career. You'll learn tons about a lot of different aspects of marketing. And for the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity.

Needless to say, you'll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early on in their Marketing and/or Growth careers. You'll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.

**Description of the Role**
- Analyze campaign data to come up with new campaign ideas and strategies.
- Own the campaign calendar and set up the stage for future campaigns.
- Coordinate with Operations, Art, Finance, Tech, and Sales teams to ensure we nail every detail of our campaigns.
- Coordinate all campaign launches by working closely with the creative team and all channel managers.
- Make sure campaigns are launched at the right time, to the right audience via the right channel.
- Maintain campaign dashboards while ensuring tracking + attribution work across the funnel.
- Work with the team to run experiments to refine and develop campaign.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Manage our product and design galleries to keep them up-to-date and clutter-free.
- Effectively and proactively execute daily administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong time management & prioritization skills
- Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets will give you brownie points

**Compensation & Benefits**
- $700 per month
- $40 Night Shift Allowance

**Details**
- **This will be a one-year fixed term position with a possibility to convert into a permanent role**:

- This is a WFH role
- Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST
