Adirekha Ayurveda, a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art Ayurvedic Hospital-cum-Wellness Centre is looking for a nutritionist to add on to the team. Someone who values quality over quantity when it comes to service
- Conducting diet consultations, follow ups & reviews
- Liaising with the Operations team, maintaining schedules and appointments of clients
- Record keeping & timely update of databases
- Daily check-ins & supervision of patients
- Excellent communication skills & outgoing personality is a must
- Comfortable to handle Indian as well as Global patients from the US, Canada, UK, etc.

**Job Responsibilities-**
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of nutritionists, ensuring their adherence to program protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess the quality of dietary plans provided by nutritionists to ensure they align with the Ayurvedic principles and patients' needs.
- Oversee the monitoring of patients' progress, ensuring nutritionists track their adherence to the prescribed diet and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the doctor and nutritionists to adjust dietary plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
- Conduct performance evaluation and bonus calculations for nutritionists on a monthly basis.
- Liaise with other departments and team members to provide holistic support and improve patient outcomes.

**Job Requirements-**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a nutritionist, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and dietary guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
