**About the Role -**
- We are aggressively looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We’re seeking a Customer Support Representative to connect with prospective clients in the US and ensure they are provided with the right information to collaborate with TCM.
- The requirements are to fill multiple openings within the CSR division right from individuals with basic and minimum experience in a client/ customer engaging role to individuals who have managed a team of CSR’s in the past.
- Individuals with experience in planning, coordinating and analysing data would be a bonus.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
