Hiring for Us Payroll

**These job duties**

include a variety of client projects related to payroll, including inputting setting up new employees,

inputting payroll data (hours worked, pay rates, deductions, etc), preparing quarterly payroll tax reports,

preparing annual W-2s and Forms 1099, etc. A solid foundational understanding of payroll is required to

successfully complete these projects.

**Experience**: 2 to 5 Yrs.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS**

1. Payroll Projects

a. Weekly/Bi-Weekly

i. Process client payroll processing engagements accurately and completely from start to

finish. Ensure timely filing and quality work product

1. Set up new employees (as applicable)

2. Input payroll data (hours worked and pay rates)

3. Set up payroll garnishments (as applicable)

4. Schedule electronic tax payments (EFTPS, Missouri withholding, etc.)

b. Quarterly

i. Process payroll tax reports

1. Form 941

2. Form MO-941

3. Missouri Unemployment (Missouri Contribution & Wage Report)

4. Others as necessary

c. Annually

I. Prepare Annual Forms W-3 & W-2

ii. Prepare Annual Forms 1099 (as necessary)

2. Software Utilized

a. Accounting CS (Thomson Reuters cloud-based program)

**Shift Timing**: 1.00 pm to 10.30 pm

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
