**Job Title: Pantry Supervisor**

**Overview**:
As a Pantry Supervisor at Riverdale Aerovista Real Estate in Mohali, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pantry or kitchen area. Your role involves maintaining a well-stocked and organized pantry, ensuring the availability of snacks and beverages for employees and guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly check and update inventory levels of pantry supplies, snacks, and beverages.
- Place orders for pantry items as needed, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices, place orders, and track deliveries.
- Creating and preparing a variety of dishes and snacks for employees and guests
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality service.
- Monitor the quality of pantry items, ensuring freshness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area.
- Assist in budget planning for pantry expenses and work towards cost-effective solutions.
- Keep track of expenses and report any discrepancies to the appropriate authorities.
- Supervise pantry staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Provide support for company events by coordinating catering services and ensuring adequate pantry supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of pantry management best practices.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 per month
