Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the pantry, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise pantry staff and provide guidance on daily tasks.
- Manage and monitor pantry inventory, including snacks, beverages, and other supplies.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of snacks and beverages provided in the pantry.
- Train new pantry staff on job responsibilities, company policies, and service standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and employees visiting the pantry.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pantry or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and vendors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
