Finishing Supervisor

**Supervising Finishing Processes**: The finishing supervisor oversees all activities related to the final stages of têxtile processing, including dyeing, printing, coating, and finishing.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that finished products meet quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies. This involves inspecting finished goods for defects, color consistency, and overall quality.
- **Process Optimization**: Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing waste in the finishing processes. This may involve implementing new techniques, technologies, or process improvements.
- **Staff Management**: Supervising and coordinating the work of finishing department staff, including machine operators, technicians, and quality control inspectors. This includes scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training and guidance as needed.
- **Troubleshooting**: Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the finishing process, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns. The finishing supervisor must be able to quickly troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring and managing inventory levels of raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods in the finishing department. This includes ordering supplies as needed, maintaining accurate records, and minimizing waste.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensuring that all finishing activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies. This includes providing proper training, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns or incidents that arise.
- **Communication**: Serving as a liaison between the finishing department and other departments within the factory, such as production, quality assurance, and maintenance. Effective communication is essential for coordinating workflow, addressing issues, and ensuring that production goals are met.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, inventory levels, and any other relevant information. This may involve generating reports, documenting process changes, and providing updates to management as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Actively seeking opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality within the finishing department. This may involve implementing new technologies, conducting trials, and soliciting feedback from employees and customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
