Export Documentation Executive

**Position: Export Coordinator**
**Location: Corporate Office, Andheri (E), Mumbai**
**Reporting to: Director - Sales & Marketing**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer and Shipping Agency Correspondence**:
- Independently manage communications with customers, prospects, and shipping agencies.
- **Quotation and Documentation Management**:
- Prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
- Handle all export documentation and bank formalities.
- Ensure thorough follow-up throughout the export process and generate necessary reports.
- **Operational Coordination**:
- Facilitate dynamic coordination and liaison with plants, shipping agencies, and customers.
- Ensure smooth operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **E-commerce Assignments**:
- Undertake e-commerce related tasks as assigned by the Managing Director and other Directors.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pre and post-shipment documentation.
- In-depth understanding of export documentation processes.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in export coordination and documentation.
- Ability to manage independent correspondence with various stakeholders.
- Readiness to travel internationally for business development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,674.60 - ₹27,156.63 per month
