**Customer Support - Reviews**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor social media channels to identify relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities for engagement.

2. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, reflecting the brand's tone and voice.

3. Initiate and participate in conversations with followers, fostering a sense of community and connection.

4. Provide accurate information and assistance to users seeking help or guidance.

5. Proactively address any negative comments or feedback, striving to turn detractors into advocates.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing engagement and brand visibility.

7. Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends.

8. Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues raised on social media platforms.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and engaging with audiences across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

3. Ability to adapt to different brand voices and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize, build rapport, and defuse tense situations.

5. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate information and maintaining brand integrity.

6. Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and conversation starters.

7. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

8. Understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media fits into broader marketing strategies.

9. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

10. A passion for social media and a genuine interest in connecting with and understanding online communities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Experience in Customer support, crisis management, or reputation management on social media platforms.

4. Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly those relevant to the brand's target audience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
