- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support the founders in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in handling and organizing financial documents, including invoices and expenses
- Conduct research and gather data to provide actionable insights for key projects
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring organizational policies are followed
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the founders
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various data analysis and reporting tasks
- Handle account management tasks efficiently, ensuring organisational satisfaction and issue resolution
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
