**Salary Range**: INR 25,000 - 35,0000 / Month

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Community Outreach and Impact Specialist to join our team. As our first hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and impact. You will wear many hats, from managing daily operations of the organization to directly supporting the community to laying the groundwork for future growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Outreach and Assistance: Act as a liaison between individuals in need and relevant government schemes, medical facilities, and NGOs. Provide guidance and support to help them navigate the system and access available resources effectively.
- Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government offices, medical institutions, and other NGOs to stay informed about available services and opportunities for collaboration.
- Resource Allocation: Research and identify impactful NGOs and initiatives within the community and allocate resources to support their efforts. Monitor the progress of funded projects and ensure accountability and transparency in resource utilization.
- Documentation and Evaluation: Document successful case studies and best practices to understand what works well in the NGO sector. Use this knowledge to continually improve our approach and develop effective strategies for maximizing impact.
- Community data gathering: Gather data to evaluate the needs of the community.
- Volunteer recruitment: Recruit volunteers.
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Basic Accounting: Handle basic accounting tasks such as recording expenses, preparing invoices, and maintaining financial records. Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed for more complex financial matters.
- Multitasking and Flexibility: Be prepared to multitask and adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed, especially in the initial stages of the organization's development. This may include administrative tasks, event coordination, and community outreach efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree

**Experience/Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with an NGO in a community outreach role.
- Proven experience of navigating in government offices.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of local healthcare resources and social issues.
- Proficiency in data collection and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse communities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for social justice and a desire to make a real difference.

**Technology Literacy**
- MS Office/ Excel/ Google Spreadsheets
- Good Computer Literacy
- Smartphone and Mobile Apps
