We are hiring for a secretary & admin assistant for a well-known beauty & wellness and e-commerce business, located in **Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai**, Maharashtra.

As a secretary cum admin assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

- Organising meetings and appointments with internal team members & external agencies
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising / assisting in events and conferences
- Keep a track & remind of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing paperwork and filing systems
- File expenses
- Gifting to important business associates for festive/ other occasions
- Copying, printing, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments. Arrange for lunches/ meals for important visitors
- Bank related work including cash/ cheque deposit
- Coordinate deliveries on local logistics /Zomato/ We Fast etc
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier service
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Any other work as assigned by the company

**Reporting to: Director**

**Work timings - 10 a.m - 7 p.m, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays WFH and other Saturdays off.**

**Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
