POSITION : Tele Sales
SALARY : 15k to 25k (Depend On Interview)
QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate
EXPERIENCE : 2 Years
Job Time : 9:30 to 6:00 (6 Day)
LOCATION : Kudasan (Gandhinagar)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with potential
clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the products/services offered to
effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in
the CRM system.
- Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with
current promotions and campaigns.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the
management team for product/service improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to share leads and
ideas for increasing sales.
