- Strong knowledge and experience on EMC VNX & Cisco switches
- Experience in day to day Operations and Troubleshooting support in Commvault 9, 10 & 11
- Management of CommServe and Media Agent
- Good troubleshooting skills for backup and tape library hardware failure
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Backup Report creation
- Tape & Disk space management for backup storage
- Storage policy creation for FS, Oracle, SQL, Exchange and VMware backups( VSA) & DR
- De-Duplication DB management (GDSP & DDB)
- Knowledge and hands on with Azure related to Storage and Backup
- Backup policy configuration
- Commvault agent installation.
- Cloud library configuration
- DB restoration in Commvault
- Hardware refreshment of Media servers.
- Deep knowledge about DDB functionality..
- Finetuning on backup failure and backup slowness issue.
- Implementation & configuration of Commserve & Media agents.
- Knowledge and experience on Nutanix will be an added advantage
- Participating in Weekly/monthly operations call with Client
- Good experience of Vendor Management, vendor escalations and vendor service management.
- Good exposure to ITIL

Knowledge of ServiceNow tool.
