**Designation : Sales Associate - Real Estate ( Field work )**

**Job Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm**

**Experience : 0 to 3 Years**

**Location : Makarba, SG Highway, Ahmedabad.**

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Sales in the assigned territory.
- Develop sales strategies and visualize the set targets till the accomplishment.
- Performing in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research.
- Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy.
- Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities. Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters, updates & follow ups.

**Note : Field Work, Field sales, target job**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
