**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Real Estate
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**: Make 100 outbound calls daily to potential clients and generate leads for real estate sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Actively engage with clients, addressing their queries, understanding their requirements, and providing information on property options.
- **Site Visits**: Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers, providing them with detailed information about the properties, amenities, and pricing.
- **Sales Conversion**: Drive the sales process from lead generation to flat booking, meeting individual and team sales targets.
- **Property Presentation**: Conduct virtual and physical tours of the properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Engage in negotiations with clients, handle objections, and work towards closing the deal.
- **Documentation & Follow-up**: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and follow up to ensure smooth booking and registration processes.
- **Target Achievement**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets including call volume, site visits, and flat bookings.
- **Market Knowledge**: Keep updated with the latest property trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide clients with accurate information.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Positive attitude with a passion for real estate sales.
- Fluency in English and Gujarati/Hindi is preferred.
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
- Prior experience in real estate sales or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
