- As ER Executive, you will be part of the Human Resource function and will report to the ER-Head at GPC.- The purpose of your role will be taking responsibility to execute timely & error free payroll process and other HR functions like maintaining statutory compliances, recruitment of FTE, Apprentices and smooth functioning of time office & implementing various human resource policies, compliances, discipline, career progression of team members ,development for workmen, welfare & engagement of plant personnel and ensuring to provide skilled workforce with required work culture along with adherence to the system.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- 1. ER Analytics: Understanding the Current data trends and emerging scenarios with relates to Hero MotoCorp and feeding back to Head of Employees relation and Plant HR for mitigating risk if any.- 2. Adhering communication forums timelines and ensure closure of issues received during the session.- 3. Ensuring zero business loss due to manpower availability.- 4. Risk management & Governance- 5.Capability building of Blue Collar workforce : Identification of Skill Gap, Coordination with Head-ER & Gurukul & Content development and deployment- 6. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.**A Day in the life**

- Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Management / IR/ HR/MSW/MBA
- 03-08 years in Manufacturing environment.
- Exposure of working in an analytical environment and hands on experience of different analytical tools
- Proven experience of delivering result in adverse situations

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & SAP/ SF.
- Strong Networking Skill
- Data Analytics, Presentation and Articulation Skill.
