Job Description
- 1. Responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to repair / set machine, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on plant machines. He will also be responsible for inspecting parts with in repair & maintenance to desired specifications and making adjustments with in plant utilities area as necessary to maintain quality specifications as per the requirement of plant.

2. Sets up & repair centrifugal pump / gear pump and have FSS production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

4. Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.

5. Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and mínimal unplanned stops

6. Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with mínimal wasted time and materials.

7. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, Documentation etc.) to start a production cycle.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
