Merchant Services Representative

Merchant Acquisition: Identify and target potential merchants in assigned territories or industries to expand our merchant base.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with merchants to present our payment processing solutions, explain the benefits, and address any questions or concerns.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants, serving as their trusted advisor for all their payment processing needs.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing merchant accounts by providing ongoing support, promoting additional services, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new merchant acquisitions and revenue generation.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
