Role: IT Recruiter

**Job Description**:

- Create and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job portals, and social media groups.
- Ensure strong relationships with existing clients for farming positions.
- Study the market and keep updating the knowledge on new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with Hiring Managers/Clients on future hiring needs.
- Co-ordinate telephonic/video or in-person interviews
- Should be able to handle salary negotiations independently
- Maintain MIS on Excel/ERP
- Generate revenue report for recruitment vertical and submit to management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,800.88 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurgaon - 122018, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
