International Sales Executive

**Position: International Lead Generation Executive**
**Join our team for the International Lead Generation Process as an experienced Lead Generation Executive. We're seeking individuals with a minimum of 1 years of international sales experience, specialising in cold calling within the B2B sector, to effectively generate leads and contribute to our business growth.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Conduct outbound cold calls to international businesses within the B2B sector to identify potential leads and opportunities.**
**Utilise your strong communication skills to engage prospects, introduce our products/services, and qualify leads based on specific criteria.**
**Implement effective lead generation strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets and contribute to the sales pipeline.**
**Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.**
**Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.**
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum of 1 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.**
**Proven track record of success in B2B sales and lead generation, preferably in an international setting.**
**Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate value propositions effectively.**
**Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 5-day work week with 2 days off.**
**Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.**
**Salary: 40,000 (negotiable based on experience)**
