**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing training programs tailored to the needs of our organization.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales and marketing teams, both in-person and virtually.
- **Content Creation**: Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, case studies, and e-learning modules.
- **Sales Skills Development**: Provide training on effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, objection handling, and closing deals.
- **Marketing Excellence**: Educate marketing professionals on marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ensure that all team members deeply understand our products/services, enabling them to effectively communicate value to clients.
- **Skill Assessment**: Administer skill assessments and evaluations to identify training needs and track progress.
- **Feedback and Coaching**: Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to team members to improve their performance.
- **Sales Tools and CRM**: Train teams on the use of sales tools, CRM software, and marketing analytics platforms.
- **Market Research**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor insights, and emerging technologies to incorporate into training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing training or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in training software and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Laptop required for project management and reporting tasks.
- Prior experience working with NGOs or community development initiatives.
- Familiarity with local community dynamics and needs.
- Experience in integrating technology and digital solutions into training programs.
- Strong background in providing financial literacy education and empowering individuals with financial knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
