We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, Business Analyst - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title**:24790724 **Technology Business Analyst - C11) based in Pune, India. For instance:

**In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
- Analyze business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts
- Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents
- Create and prepare reports, metrics and presentations
- 5-8 Years of hands-on experience as Business Data Analyst.
- Excellent analytical & reasoning skills
- Working experience in BFSI is required - corporate preferred
- Sound knowledge of query languages SQL and / or others
- Working experience in JSON / other messages
- Good understanding of different data modelling approaches
- Sound knowledge of big data & cloud ecosystem
