We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, Application Support Engineer - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title**:24782786 App Support Engineer** - C11) based in Pune, India. **In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Provides quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
- Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
- Perform same day risk reconciliations
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.
- **4 - 8 years of working experience in App support**:

- Understanding for Content Delivery Networks like Akamai, Firewalls and Load Balancers
- Middleware exposure including NDM configuration experience, SFTP knowledge and MQ configuration knowledge
- Experience with monitoring tools ITRS Geneos monitoring tool, Kibana, AppDynamics and Splunk Tool Sets.
