Territory Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns, and provide product training and support as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in FMCG sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
