**Job Description: Business Development Executive (LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Online Platforms)**

**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms to identify and connect with prospective clients globally.
- **Prospecting**: Research target markets and industries to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Engagement**: Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for website and software development.
- **Sales Conversion**: Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals with potential clients.
- **CRM Management**: Track and update lead details, interactions, and status in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- **Collaborative Efforts**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services (website and software development).
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online prospecting techniques.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or software development services is a plus.
