Sales & Marketing Executive

Cizzara Studios, Vadodara is looking for a passionate and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our creative team. This role will focus on driving new business opportunities, growing the brand's presence, and building lasting relationships with clients in the creative and media sectors. As part of our team, you will play a key role in promoting our unique photography, videography, and content services, as well as engaging in strategic marketing campaigns to enhance our brand visibility.
**Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients for Cizzara Studios' services (e.g., photography, videography, studio rentals, and digital content creation).
- **Consultative Sales Approach**: Understand the client's needs and propose tailored solutions, explaining how Cizzara Studios’ services can fulfill those needs.
- **Proposal & Contract Management**: Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with business objectives.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and results, and provide insights to management on market trends and customer preferences.
**Marketing Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Development & Promotion**: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to build the Cizzara Studios brand, both online and offline.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials (such as case studies, portfolio pieces, videos, and blog content) that highlight Cizzara Studios’ services and expertise.
- **Event Promotion & Partnerships**: Plan and execute promotional events, collaborate with influencers, and build partnerships with businesses in related industries (e.g., fashion, events, corporate sectors).
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about trends in photography, videography, and digital content creation to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- **Client Retention**: Foster long-term relationships with clients, following up after projects to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Feedback & Insights**: Gather client feedback on services to improve offerings and inform product/service development.
**Collaboration & Reporting**:
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative, production, and management teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables and marketing initiatives.
- **Campaign Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on performance and ROI.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
