We are looking for a **Business Development Executive** for the coaching institue in **Vadodara, Gujrat.**

**Profile required**

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential student segments and their needs.
- Analyze competition and market trends to create effective marketing strategies.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, social media, referrals, field and outreach programs.
- Maintain a database of potential students and follow up with them regularly.

**Sales and Enrolment**:

- Arrange meetings, Home & Inside consultations and deal breaking with prospective students and their parents.
- Explain the institute's courses, benefits, and unique selling points.

Assist students in the enrollment process, including documentation and fee collection.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and educational consultants.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Participate in events, workshops, and fairs to promote the institute.

**Reporting and Data Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, sales activities, and market insights.
- Use data analysis to optimize strategies for improved results.

**Achieving Targets**:

- Work towards and achieve enrollment targets set by the institute.
- Monitor progress and take corrective actions when necessary.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on course offerings, curriculum changes, and industry developments.
- Be prepared to answer questions and provide detailed information about the coaching programs.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including counselors, educators, and marketing professionals, to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative ideas to enhance business development strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of the education industry and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
