Summary of Role As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a vital role at Command Alkon. We are looking for a proactive individual who will continually administer, improve and enhance the company’s NetSuite, Zone & Co billing, and Avalara tax systems. These tools are the center of our Finance organization - You will be responsible for all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with laser focus on user satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves managing integrated 3rd party apps to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the Finance teams. This role will analyze, recommend, and deploy technology solutions and enhancements to the systems to optimize the company’s critical financial processes monthly quarterly, and yearly.

How You’ll Succeed -Assist with the flow from a sales opportunity in Salesforce to cash collection in NetSuite -Lead company implementation projects for NetSuite, Zone & Co, and Avalera, including data migration and integration with Salesforce -Translate business requirements from key stakeholders into system requirements and action plans -Analyze requests for level of effort, time to completion, complexity, and other related variables -Assist users in creating financial reports and saved searches -Troubleshoot and resolve issues and tickets within established timeframes -Assist in user management and provide technical assistance and training to users -Orchestrate testing to ensure proper deployment of new system enhancements and projects -Analyze, secure, and manage data within the systems -Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required Required Skills -Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience -Excellent communication skills to clearly describe technical topics and recommendations to a variety of audiences -NetSuite certification(s) -Knowledge of Suite Script -High attention to detail and technical tradeoffs -An understanding of key financial business processes -Familiarity with Zone & Co, Avalera, and/or other similar billing & tax systems -High degree of ownership to carry tasks and projects to a successful completion -Experience working with external vendors, developers, and Managed Services Providers -Experience with systems supporting the software industry, including related SaaS, usage-based, subscription, hardware, and professional services products -Experience leading financial system implementations and data migrations -Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
