Position Description:

CGI is looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator.
Job Summary:
As a NetSuite System Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of NetSuite and other integrated systems. Works with business units across the organization and will be responsible for managing and monitoring all operational aspects of NetSuite. Expected to provide a strategic vision for the use of NetSuite throughout the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
•The administrator will provide on-going technical support to business as well as a team of NetSuite engineers, functional SMEs, and business analysis across the organization.
•Day-to-day duties involve configuring and maintaining the software to maximize its workflow and achieve business KPIs.
•Expected to have accounting and technology expertise to provide on-going support.
•Expected to ensure the backend functions are correct and be able to translate business requirements into scalable system processes and workflows.
•Ability to work in a hectic, fast-paced organization, and filled with high-pressure situations daily.
•Responsible for maintaining global NetSuite instance along with integrated systems like NSPB, Avalara, SCA, fulfillment vendors and IPaaS solutions.
•Expected to perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of requests in agile environment.
•Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom roles.
•Assess functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures.
•Design, implement and customize searches, reports, dashboards as well as monitoring of process for eCommerce and finance teams.
•Provides on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system including leading interactions with NetSuite Support and ACS.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
•3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization.
•In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory.
•Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
•NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
•Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
•Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive analysis experience.
