**Reservation & Ticketing Officer - Global Distribution System**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)
Ticketing manual/automated
Handling of Groups and Allotments
Distribution of price quotations and information
Daily TSR updates for various airlines using Microsoft Excel
Handling BSP Link enquiries, e.g. ADM, ACM, Refunds
Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally

Well versed with MS Office tools
Excellent analytical ability
Excellent knowledge of Airline - GDS Amadeus system
Proficiency in the Usage of Internet
Working experience in Excel is must
Experiences in the tourism sector
IATA Knowledge and experiences in ticketing
Fluency in English, further languages preferred
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving international environment whilst directly contributing to the company’s growth and success
