We are Muffet Retail Private Limited owning a brand name of Little Muffet. We are an E-Commerce company dealing in Kids clothing. We aim to provide top notch services to our customers.

**About the role**

A customer support executive will be primarily in charge of handling calls.

**Responsibilities**
- To manage calls of vendors, follow ups and executions.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional relationships.
- Act as intermediary between management and vendors for better coordination.
- Preparing excel sheets of queries and resolutions provided by management.

**Location & Commitments**
- Full time working job.
- Working hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Monday to Saturday).
- Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
- Should be Graduate.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizations skills, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vileparle East, Mumbai - 400057, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
