We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to maximize their performance and streamline sales operations. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Support the creation and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the sales team.
