**Position reports to - Payroll Lead**

**Job Purpose**
- This position process monthly payroll and CTC reimbursements along with the help of payroll Vendor
- Responsible for end to end payroll accounting including payroll and payroll benefits related accruals
- Co-ordination with HR for change in employees (joiner, left, under notice, change in salary etc.)
- Dealing with various vendors for all payroll and all benefits related services
- Ensuring correct payroll including payroll compliances, Timely payment and resolving queries

**Key Responsibilities**
- Timely and accurate payroll payments
- Co-ordination with HR department for various inputs
- Dealing with payroll vendors for payroll processing
- Dealing with employees for various queries
- Taking effects of appraisals, change in structure as per Company policy
- Calculation of bonus provision, GL accounting of salary, full and finals, accruals and bonus payments
- Full and final settlements dealing with HR, payroll vendor, employees for accurate and timely settlement
- Payroll payments into correct bank accounts
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Payroll taxes, withholdings, their payments and related filing and GL accounting
