**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, distributors, beauty salons, spas, and wellness centers. Ensure consistent, high-level service to meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations.
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
Have in-depth knowledge of the company's range of Ayurvedic and cosmetics products. Present product features, benefits, and differentiators to potential clients and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
- **Order Management**:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure products meet the client’s specifications and quality expectations.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
Stay up to date with the latest market trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings. Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client insights.
- **Sales Reporting & CRM Management**:
Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales performance, targets, and forecasts.
- **Customer Support & After-Sales Service**:
Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, addressing concerns, providing product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle post-sales queries related to product issues, returns, and feedback.
- **Trade Shows & Networking**:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build industry connections, promote the brand, and stay informed about market developments.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**:
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with overall company goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Ayurvedic, cosmetics, or beauty products industry. Experience in client servicing or account management is highly desirable.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Familiarity with Ayurvedic products, skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends is a plus. A genuine interest in wellness and beauty is beneficial.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner to clients at all levels.
- **Negotiation Skills**:
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives.
- **Organizational Skills**:
Ability to manage multiple clients, accounts, and sales pipelines simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- **Tech-Savvy**:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Familiarity with digital marketing tools or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- **Self-Motivated & Target-Driven**:
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A background in Ayurveda or cosmetics is an added advantage.
