**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
- Create visually stunning designs for digital and print campaigns, social media marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with the web development team to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our website. Ensure a seamless user experience and optimize visual elements for performance and responsiveness.
- Design ebooks and downloadable resources to effectively communicate complex information.
- Develop captivating and persuasive PowerPoint presentations for sales, marketing, and other external purposes.
- Create and edit simple, yet engaging video content to support marketing campaigns, product showcases, and brand promotions.
- Design product & feature illustrations and layouts for ebooks, case studies, and animations that reinforce our brand voice
- Maintain consistency in visual elements, typography, and color schemes across all marketing materials to reinforce brand recognition and message clarity.
- Conduct A/B tests on various design elements to evaluate the performance of different designs and use data-driven insights to make design improvements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, UI/UX, and video creation to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing assets.

**Qualifications**:

- **2+ years of work experience** as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant marketing design work, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma), and experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) for basic video creation.
- Good understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, and experience in designing responsive web interfaces.
- Ability to translate complex ideas and data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand graphics and illustrations.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
