**Adviser - EDM**

**About the role**

Adviser - EDM is responsible for driving consistent delivery of employee data, maintaining data integrity, overseeing timely and accurate completion of assigned activities, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. This role requires 5-8 years of experience, in-depth knowledge of employee data management, and related systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** Employee Data Management**:

- Oversee the end-to-end management of employee data, including data entry, updates, and maintenance in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other designated systems.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to provide accurate and up-to-date employee data for various HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, and reporting.
- Develop and implement data management processes and protocols to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Stay updated on data protection laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance. Provide guidance on handling sensitive employee data and ensuring adherence to data protection standards.
- ** Timely Response to Auditors**:

- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide timely and accurate responses to audit inquiries and requests.
- Prepare relevant documentation, reports, and supporting materials to address audit findings and recommendations; Implement corrective actions as necessary to address audit gaps.
- ** Continuous Improvement and Productivity**:

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively seeking opportunities for efficiency improvements and policy enhancements.
- Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and cross-functional discussions to analyze patterns and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track and measure the outcomes of improvement initiatives, quantifying productivity gains and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- ** Promote RT 3C Values**:

- Act as a role model for the RT3C values (Courage, Curiosity, Care) within the team and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
- 5-7 years of experience in HR data management, EDM, or a similar role.
- Goodmanagerialskillswiththeabilitytoeffectivelyleadandmotivateateam.Experienceinshiftmanagement, workload allocation, and performance monitoring
- Excellent knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and control frameworks related to employee data management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and auditors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
