**Senior Adviser - Employee Data Maintenance**

**About the role**

Sr. Advisor - EDM leads end-to-end employee data management, ensuring compliance with policies and controls, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. This role requires extensive experience in employee benefits and data management, resolving escalated queries, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing process enhancements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to company values.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** Employee Data Management**:

- Lead the end-to-end management of employee data in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other designated systems ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Handle and resolve escalations and issues, providing guidance and expertise to address complex matters
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management**:

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address requirements, inquiries, and requests; Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure the accuracy of employee data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, legal, and external vendors
- ** Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence**:

- Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact process improvements, leveraging technology and automation where applicable.
- Regularly review employee data management processes, identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement, and implement solutions to streamline operations
- ** Control and Compliance Effectiveness**:

- Maintain effective controls and ensuring compliance with internal control standards to minimize errors and risks
- ** Leadership and Team Management**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure effective operations and adherence to established processes
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Allocate resources appropriately, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of payroll services
- ** Promote RT 3C Values**:

- Act as a role model for the RT3C values (Courage, Curiosity, Care) within the team and foster a positive and collaborative team culture

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
- 8-13 years of work experience in employee data management etc
- Strong knowledge of employee data management principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience in managing a team or demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficient in using SAP data maintenance or EDM, HRIS or other HR data management systems.
- In-depth understanding of control and compliance requirements, including data protection regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process optimization opportunities
