**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The addition of a User Support Executive is crucial to meet the increasing demands of our user base. This role will significantly contribute to enhancing user satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive user relations.
