Qualification : BE / B.Tech Civil

Job Duties:

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables, labor, staff and costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction activities and subcontractors’ performance
- Meet contractual conditions of performance and establish KIP for all construction related activities
- Review the work progress on weekly basis and prepare monthly construction progress report
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques in compliance with project specifications.
- Management of routine projects, characterized by changing conditions and requirements, challenging client/agency demands, or difficult project coordination.
- Manages land development projects.
- Coordinates and participates in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, and drafts complex professional service agreements and addenda for review by senior management.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 10 years (preferred)
- commercial building: 9 years (preferred)
