**Job Title**:
Payment Posting - Medical Billing
The main role of a Medical Billing executive is to ensure health providers are paid for medical services rendered. They are responsible for the accurate flow of medical information and patient data between physicians, patients, and third-party payers.
**Experience Range**:1 - 2 years
**Salary**:upto 30k in hand
**Shift**:Day and Night shifts
**Cab**:2 way cab facility for night shift upto 25km
**Educational Qualifications**:
Any graduation
**Responsibilities**:
- The Medical Billing Executive is responsible for posting medical charges and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- A Billing Executive will process insurance claim denials. This position works in a close team environment to meet daily, monthly and quarterly billing metrics.
- Verifying correct insurance filing information on behalf of the client and patient
- Verifying receipt of all patient registration data from client and notifying client of potential coding problems.
- Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.
- Research and appeal denied claims.
- Meet individual and departmental standards with regards to quality and productivity.
- Ability to handle protected health information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA).
- Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
- Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.
- Knowledge of insurance guidelines, including HMO/PPO, Medicare, and state Medicaid

- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Knowledge in AHS will be additional advantage
- Knowledge & Experience in Practice Management / healthcare billing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform other responsibilities and assist with special projects.
- Ability to learn quickly and also provide training to others.
- Sharing of knowledge and best practices.
- Adherence to compliance norms.
- Good typing Skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
