Sales Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product or service information.
Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
**Sales Support**:Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed.
**Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Communicate with client to track and manage inventory replenishment.
**Sales Coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, conferences, and meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with [industry-specific tools or software].
