Position**:Sous Chef**

Location: Luxury Resort in Karnataka, India

Cuisine: Pure Vegetarian Concept

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute a creative and diverse vegetarian menu that reflects our culinary ethos.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and quality control to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
- Embrace sustainability practices and seasonal ingredients to enhance the culinary offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable culinary establishment.
- Passion for vegetarian cuisine and a strong understanding of flavour profiles, cooking techniques, and food trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Culinary qualifications from a recognized institution preferred.
- Background in pure vegetarian cooking will be considered an added qualification.
