**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Position: Liaison Officer

Role: Full Time

Experience: 0-3 years

Education: Any graduate

Roles & Responsibilties:
1. Doing Document Registration with sub registrar office for various types of deeds like sale deed, Mortgage Deed etc.

2. Obtaining Land records and related documents from Mandal Revenue Offices

3. Obtaining Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds from Tahsildar Offices.

5. Co-ordinations with Bank Branch Managers and Housing Loan Agents for Customer Home Loan Process and Company Bank Transactions.

6. Any other works as assigned by the Management from time to time.

7. Established and maintained strong relationships with external clients, vendors, and different stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
