Call Centre Representative(Clinics)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer Patient calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on patient requests
Refer unresolved Patient grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Conducting quality assurance surveys with patients and providing feedback to teams
Technical Expertise:
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette
Knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word).
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Language to be known (Hindi, English)
