- 7, Rotational Shifts - Need to be flexible to work in late night Shifts (US)
**Qualification**: Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred.

**Transport **:Will be provided

**CTC **:Upto 4LPA

**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue management**:_ Resolve simpler non-technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures

May be required to use judgement in defining solutions, adapt existing process and methods to craft alternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution
- **Query management**:_ Accountable for closing customer inquiries regarding Google products/services, customer's accounts and provide additional clarifications as requested by customers

**Assessments**: Versant English Test (Proctored) - 62 & Above, Mettl MDPI Test - Recommended/ Cautiously Recommended with Low Social Desirability Index.
