Position: Customer Care Executive (Tech Support)

**Job Description**:

- Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions.
- Promptly answer & support related Phone calls.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in minimum time.
- Identify Potential Issues & give quick solutions for it.
- Conduct online training sessions for the Clients.
- Conduct online / onsite New Installations.
- Provide Online and offline support to our customers via available resources.
- Handle other technical Issues.

Tech Skills Requirements
- Working knowledge of basic network configuration.
- Working Knowledge of all types of IT Hardware and Software
- Basic knowledge of computer (Types of Printers, Networking, OS etc.)

Other requirements:

- Fluent & Soft communication
- Ready to learn new technologies on his own
- Ready to travel across the country, if required
